SHIPPING

Do you ship overseas?


We currently ship to EU countries only. Unfortunately due to long shipping times and high costs, we are not able to ship to other non-EU markets at the moment.

How long will it take to get my order?


UK orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. International orders will generally take 6-7 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?


We use Hermes for UK deliveries and Royal Mail for international deliveries. We will look to collaborate with other carriers as we expand our operations.
 
PRODUCT

Can I return my product?


We hope you love our puzzles, but if you need to return an order, we will be  happy to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email us at contact@jigsawavenue.co to start the return process. To be eligible for a return, the puzzle must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it in. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. Once we receive the return we will email confirmation of the refund, minus the original postage. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@jigsawavenue.co.


What happens if there’s a missing piece?

We want to ensure our customers have the best experience at Jigsaw Avenue. If you have misplaced a jigsaw puzzle piece, we will send you a bag of replacement pieces as soon as we can. Please email us at contact@jigsawavenue.co with the following:

  • The name of the puzzle (you can find that on the puzzle box or in the email confirmation)
  • Your order number
  • The place you bought it from
  • Your name and address

Please note that we won’t be able to replace individual pieces as each puzzle is cut separately.


Why are there only 1000 piece puzzles in Jigsaw Avenue collections?


The 1000 piece puzzle is most popular with our customers, so we started with this format first. However, we will be adding other sizes to our product portfolio. We hope you enjoy the current designs and we are happy to hear your thoughts on how we can improve at contact@jigsawavenue.co.
